Suspension Arms

Control arms are the physical link between the car frame and wheels. They come in different configurations, with upper and lower or multi-link arms providing improved handling and stability over varied road surfaces. Wear or damage to the Ball Joints that connect arms to the Wheel Hub or steering knuckle can lead to an unsettled ride with more bounce, or complete loss of steering control. Before that happens take notice of common failure symptoms, including clunking and grinding noises, loose steering, or difficulty coming to a safe stop. If you've added suspension mods to a 4WD or track car, also consider steering stabilizers for a safer, more controlled ride.
