Free Shipping
We ship all products for free to the lower 48 states with no minimum purchase required. Alaska and Hawaii will incur a delivery fee for orders $50 or over. See the table below for more information.
Shipping Surcharge for Alaska and Hawaii:
Some items in our store qualify for free shipping, while others may incur a standard shipping fee based on size, weight, or destination.
- Eligible items will display a “Free Shipping” label on the product page.
- For items without this label, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders containing a mix of free shipping and non-free shipping items will reflect a partial shipping charge based only on the non-eligible items.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other locations outside of the contiguous U.S. do not qualify for free shipping, and will be charged shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be specifically displayed at checkout.

How We Ship
We ship from our strategically located warehouses on the East and West Coasts to deliver your products to you quickly and safely. Note: We currently only ship within the U.S. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.
Products are shipped via a range of shipping carriers, including USPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We estimate delivery of 2-5 business days for most items. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available for your order. You will see any available options in your shopping cart along with our standard free shipping. These options are available for you to purchase, and will be sent via FedEx or UPS.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 1pm ET/10am PT on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing for international orders).
- Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped, Sixity Auto is not responsible for carrier-related delays. Customers are encouraged to track their shipment using the provided tracking number.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, including in cases of carrier delays.
- Restricted Locations: Expedited shipping may not be available for certain remote or international locations. If your location is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Stay Informed About Your Delivery
When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. You’ll then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. Visit our Order Status Page to track your order. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for live tracking information to appear.
Returns
If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.
