All purchases on SixityAuto.com ship for free! We strive to ship every package within one business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Your package will ship USPS, FedEx, or UPS. A tracking number and tracking link will be provided. Please note that sometimes it takes an additional day after tracking information is provided before the tracking link becomes active. We currently do not offer expedited shipping, or shipping outside of the United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental U.S. territories may take longer.

Interested in returning or exchanging a product? Make sure to read through our Return & Exchange Policy by
clicking here. If you received a product you did not order, or an item that does not fit a vehicle as advertised, contact us within 30 days and we will ship out the correct product at no charge. If you simply no longer want a product you purchased and the item is unopened, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, less our original shipping costs. Open items may be charged an additional 15% re-stocking fee. Parts that have been installed and/or used are not eligible for return due to safety concerns with used parts.

All Sixity-branded products feature a free one-year limited warranty. Your purchase is automatically protected for one year. Please note that there are some exclusions to this policy, such as product misuse or abuse, vehicles used for racing or that have been altered from OEM specifications, and products which are not Sixity-branded products such as NGK or Denso spark plugs, Gates and Dayco timing kits, etc.
