Hayden Warranty Information

The following is a summary of manufacturer warranty terms. This summary in no way modifies or supersedes the original terms.

Hayden Automotive warrants to the purchaser of any unit that any Hayden Automotive product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase unless stated differently below. Any units proved to be defective will be exchanged, free of charge, if returned to the seller (retail or commercial) of the unit who is authorized to perform this warranty within the warranty period stated below. Cost of removal, installation, and incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded. Hayden Automotive shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use any product.

One-year (1) from the date of original purchase or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Two-years (2) from the date of original purchase or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first and are intended to be replaced within that time period.

To initiate a warranty claim, download and fill out the form below, carefully following the instructions. This warranty form claim must be completed and the part sent within 30 days of part failure.
