Fast Shipping

In most cases items ordered by 5pm ET Monday - Friday will ship that same day. All other orders will ship the next business day after payment is received.


How We Ship

We currently only ship within the U.S. We ship from multiple warehouses on both East and West coasts, and endeavor to get your products to you fast and safe. We're sorry, but no local pickups are available.


Our smaller items are shipped via USPS 1st Class and we estimate delivery of 2-5 days. Our larger, heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground and we estimate delivery in 3-7 days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other non-continental US territories may take longer. We apologize, but at this time we do not offer any expedited shipping options.


Accepted Payment Methods

Sixity Auto accepts payments via PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks. We do not accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks or cash.


We also have integrated with Amazon Payments, meaning that you can login to SixityAuto.com via your Amazon.com account, and pay with any saved credit cards on your Amazon account. If you do this none of your financial information is shared outside of Amazon. You can read more details on Amazon Payments by clicking here, including logging into your Amazon Payments account.


Please note: all orders delivered to California (CA) and Indiana (IN) residents are charged the applicable sales tax.


Returns & Exchanges

Many of the parts we sell at Sixity Auto only work with specific vehicles. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right product for your vehicle. Please double-check the accuracy of your order before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any product or fitment questions. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for all the details on our Return Policy and to initiate a return or exchange.


If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit. Please note, if a product is returned to us from the postal carrier due to an undeliverable address, wrong address, etc, we will refund the full amount of your purchase less our shipping costs.


View Your Orders & Update Account Information

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a separate second email with tracking information when your order ships. If you have an account on our website, you may login to track your order. Once you are logged in, select "View Order" and then "Track Your Order."


By logging in to your SixityAuto.com account you will be able to view current and past orders details, as well as update your account details, such as saved shipping addresses, your email address, and your product wish list.


Please note: we never store any credit card information.
