How To Return Your Sixity Auto Amazon Purchase

Many of the parts we sell at Sixity Auto only work with specific vehicles. We include fitment details whenever possible to help you choose the right product for your vehicle. Feel free to contact us with any product or fitment questions.

 

If you need to initiate a return on your Sixity Auto purchase that you made on Amazon.com, please follow these instructions:

  • Login to your account at Amazon.com to view your order history.
  • Locate the Sixity Auto order in your Amazon order history.
  • Click the "Return or replace items" button next to the product you wish to return.
  • If the item is eligible for return, you will be able to highlight the product and choose a return reason, such as "No longer needed."
  • Follow the instructions from Amazon on returning your product.

If you have already returned your order, we will process your refund request within 3 business days of receiving the product. If, after following the online returns process, you require additional help with your return, feel free to contact us via email with any questions.
