Emissions regulations have led to parts that control, reduce, or monitor the amount and flow of toxic gasses. Many of these are exhaust components, ranging from revised exhaust manifolds to improve exhaust flow, or EGR Control Valves to recirculate gasses used in turbocharged engines. Other components, such as Catalytic Converters, are relatively new additions and help break down gasses into carbon dioxide and water.
