ABOUT WALKER
The brand's history traces back to the year 1908, when William A. Walker and his sons, Williard and Warren, started a 'Walker Operation'. In 1912, they began manufacturing ‘tire savers’, which took the weight off the tires when cars were stored for the winter. In 1916, a new production facility was built in Wisconsin, and the name 'Walker Manufacturing Company' was officially introduced.
