Q: How quickly will you ship my order?

A: All products on SixityAuto.com are in-stock and ready to ship.  Items ordered by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship that same day in most cases.  All other items ship within 1 business day.  Click here to read our shipping policies.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing discounts?

Q: Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

A: No, unfortunately we do not offer local pickups at this time. However with our free everyday shipping, your order will be shipped for free within one business day, saving you time and gas money.

 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Sixity Auto accepts payments via PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards issued by major U.S. banks.  You can also pay for your Sixity Auto purchase using your Amazon account through Amazon Payments. Q: Do you charge sales tax on orders?

A: Sales tax is only charged to orders delivered to California and Indiana residents.  We are required to do this by law.  There is no sales tax for orders shipped to other states.

 

Q: Can I return an order I’ve received?

Q: Do Sixity Auto products come with a warranty?

A: All Sixity-branded products sold on Sixity.com and SixityAuto.com feature the Sixity One-Year Warranty. You can read more about this here. Currently this program is not available if you purchased your Sixity products through other marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten (Buy.com) or Newegg, or for products not branded Sixity, such as NGK Spark Plugs or Gates Drive Belts. However in some cases there may be a separate manufacturer warranty for these products.

Shipping policies and costs may differ by marketplace as well. Only Sixity.com and SixityAuto.com include everyday free shipping on all products, a 100% fitment guarantee and a One Year Warranty on all Sixity-branded products sold.

Q: Are you a U.S. operated business or do you outsource to other countries?

A: Sixity Auto is proud to be a U.S.-owned and operated business.  All customer service questions are answered locally by personnel in our California office. We won't send your phone call or e-mail to be answered halfway around the world by someone who knows nothing about cars, trucks, motorcycles, and ATVs. Our knowledgeable sales staff have years of experience, and immediate access to the products we sell to help you find the right part for your vehicle.
